yes, we grabbed the whole center section. as far as the carnage goes, i broke the shaft that holds the spider gears in three pieces. i was pretty impressed.

Make sure to goto Ford and buy anew bolt that holds that shaft in. They are not good to reuse. You did grab the pinion out also right? The pinion is very necessary to have. It bolts in through the front of the housing and holds the yolk on the outside.
